Yes, all of these tricks are useful for sufferers of this disease. But the problem is that symptoms of IBS may vary from patient to patient. There may be different causes of Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
Potato is like a poison for me (As a patient of IBS). But in most cases, a potato is good for the patients with Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
So, it is clear that causes of this disease are different for every patient. There are five simple steps to cure (to some extent) IBS.
Correct diagnosis is very important for IBS. Without this, there are chances that you may quit to eat every dish which is attractive for you. So, don’t ruin your life without enjoying your meal. Exactly trace the triggers of IBS symptoms in your food and just quit them. Besides these triggers, you should eat everything which you want to eat. I also did the same.
For diagnosis, I just traced triggers in my food by doing York Test. Believe me, York Test has shocking results. I just gave up my certain vegetables and milk products. In the second step, don’t distract from reading articles. In articles, there are common suggestions for food precautions for all patients of IBS. According to my experience (As a patient of IBS) you should follow the results of York Test. Besides the result, you should consult with your doctor regularly. Moreover, you can make a diary. In dairy, you may write every IBS attack and food of that day.
By doing this you can trace the main trigger in your food.
Moreover, ginger tea is very useful in my case. I also drink 10 to 12 glasses of water in a day. I assume this quantity of drinking water is also beneficial to mitigate the symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
Doing exercise is the most enjoyable part of IBS cure for me. I reserved only 20 minutes for the exercise. The main purpose of the exercise is to attain peace of mind. Moreover, exercise also helps to maintain regular movement of a gut. In an exercise, you can walk regularly. Swimming is another suitable option. Besides all of these, Yoga is the best exercise for me in Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
Some other Suggestions:
You may use several herbal remedies. I have been using peppermint oil and Apple cider Vinegar for IBS. These are very beneficial in my case. You can also try peppermint oil and Apple Cider Vinegar.
In this way, I cured IBS. I know there is no cure for Irritable Bowel Syndrome, but only some precautions can change your disturbed life into a quality life.
